Sarvam is the AI voice engine that actually places the calls. You will need to create a Sarvam account (India based, KYC in about 20 minutes), rent a number from them, and paste one code snippet into Svarloop. That is it. Sarvam bills you directly for telephony. There is no Svarloop markup. Setup takes about 5 minutes after Sarvam approves your KYC.
Ten Indic languages plus English: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, and Odia. The agent picks the language automatically based on how the person answers, or you can lock it to a specific language per campaign.

Your license moves with you. Deactivate on the old machine from Settings, activate on the new one with the same key. Your data lives in a single DuckDB file, backed up weekly to your Documents folder. Copy it across and pick up exactly where you left off.
You do not need one. Call insights, message drafting and objection detection run on a model Svarloop installs on your own PC in the background on first run, so there is no key to manage and nothing metered. Your transcripts never leave the machine to be summarised. If you would rather use a cloud model, you can point Svarloop at your own OpenAI, Gemini or Anthropic key and that provider bills you directly.
Every call is checked against the TRAI 9 am to 9 pm calling window before dialing, and against a cap of three attempts per number per day. Anyone who asks on a call not to be contacted again is picked up automatically, added to your do not contact list, and sent to Sarvam so a campaign already queued cannot reach them either. Blocked numbers are skipped and marked, never silently attempted, and you get a report of who was skipped and why after every campaign. Svarloop does not ship a copy of the national registry, so checking that stays yours to do.
