You will need to create a Sarvam account (India based, KYC in about 20 minutes), rent a number from them, and paste one code snippet into Svarloop. That is it. Sarvam bills you directly for telephony. There is no Svarloop markup. Setup takes about 5 minutes after Sarvam approves your KYC.
