End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and S8N (Stellar Eight Networks) and governs your installation and use of the Svarloop desktop software ("Software"). It works alongside our general Terms of Service, which cover the broader relationship, payment, and acceptable use.

1. Grant of license

S8N grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and run one copy of the Software per activated license key, on the number of devices your plan permits (one device for Solo and Pro plans, unless otherwise stated at purchase). This license is for your own internal business use.

2. Activation and device binding

Each license key binds to one device at a time via a hardware fingerprint. To move your license to a new device, deactivate it from the original device in Settings first. Attempting to activate the same key on a second device while still bound to the first will be rejected.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software or your license key to a third party.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software.
• Use the Software to build a competing product.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. S8N and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to S8N trademarks or branding.

Data you generate using the Software — leads, call transcripts, CRM records — belongs to you. S8N claims no ownership over your business data.

5. Third party components

The Software includes open source components, each governed by their own licenses. A full list of third party components and their licenses is available in the application under Settings, About, Open Source Licenses.

The Software also integrates with Sarvam AI's voice platform through your own Sarvam account. Your use of Sarvam is governed by Sarvam's own terms, separate from this EULA.

6. Updates

Your plan includes updates for a defined period (one year from purchase for Solo, ongoing while subscribed for Pro). After that period, the Software will continue to run but will no longer receive updates unless you renew. We may release updates that add, change, or remove features.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and may be required to uninstall it. Your local data remains yours and is not affected by license termination — it lives on your PC regardless of license status, though the Software will stop functioning (or run in read only mode, per your plan's terms) without a valid license.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
