Setup and licensing
How long does setup actually take?
About 30 minutes total, but only around 10 of those are things you actively do — the rest is Sarvam's own identity verification running in the background while you can go do something else.
Can I use Svarloop on more than one PC?
A license binds to one device at a time. You can move it between devices freely from Settings, Deactivate this install, then activate on the new machine. If you regularly need two machines running simultaneously, the Agency plan supports multiple seats — contact us.
What happens when my license expires?
Solo licenses do not expire, only the update window does (one year). After that, Svarloop keeps working exactly as it was, just without new feature updates, unless you renew. Pro is an annual subscription; if it lapses, the app moves to read only mode, your data stays intact, and reactivating restores full function immediately.
Data and privacy
Where exactly is my data stored?
In a single file at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Svarloop on your own PC. See our Privacy Policy for the complete breakdown of what stays local versus what leaves your machine.
What if my laptop is lost or stolen?
Your license can be deactivated remotely from a new device using your key, freeing it up. Your data on the lost machine is not automatically wiped by us (we have no remote access to your PC), so treat full disk encryption (BitLocker) as your own responsibility for that scenario, same as with any local application.
Do you see my leads or call transcripts?
No. We have no server that stores that data. Full explanation in the Privacy Policy.
Voice calling
Which languages does the agent speak?
Eleven Indic languages plus English: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Urdu, and Odia, via Sarvam's voice engine.
How much does a call actually cost?
Sarvam bills you directly for calling minutes at their own published rates. Svarloop adds no markup. Check your Sarvam account's Usage page for exact costs.
Can I use my own agent script instead of Svarloop's template?
Yes. The template we provide is a strong starting point, but once it is pasted into Sarvam's console you can edit it there freely, the same way you would edit any agent you built from scratch.

Do you offer invoices for accounting?
Yes, a GST compliant invoice is generated automatically by Razorpay and emailed to you at time of purchase.
