Terms of Service
The agreement between you and S8N (Stellar Eight Networks) for using Svarloop.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Svarloop, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Svarloop on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
2. What Svarloop is
Svarloop is a desktop application for Windows that helps you find local business leads, run AI voice calling campaigns through Sarvam AI's platform, and track outcomes in a local CRM. It runs on your own computer and stores your data locally, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. License grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, S8N grants you a non exclusive, non transferable license to install and use Svarloop on the number of devices your plan permits, for your own business purposes. This is a license to use the software, not a sale of the software — see the End User License Agreement for the full terms governing the software itself.
4. Your responsibilities
Using Svarloop to place real phone calls to real people carries real obligations. You agree to:
- Only call businesses and individuals you have a lawful basis to contact.
- Respect the National Do Not Call (DND) registry and TRAI's regulations on commercial communication, including permitted calling hours (9 AM to 9 PM IST). Svarloop includes compliance checks to help with this, but you remain responsible for lawful use.
- Not use Svarloop for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
- Keep your license key confidential and not share it beyond the number of devices your plan permits.
- Maintain your own Sarvam account in good standing, including any KYC or compliance requirements Sarvam itself imposes.
Svarloop's compliance checks (DND lookups, calling hour restrictions) are a good faith tool, not a legal guarantee. You are the caller of record under Indian telecom regulation, and the legal responsibility for lawful calling practice rests with you.
5. Third party services
Svarloop integrates with third party services you connect yourself, primarily Sarvam AI for voice calling. Your use of Sarvam is governed by Sarvam's own terms and pricing, which S8N does not control. If Sarvam changes its API, pricing, or discontinues its service, S8N will do what it reasonably can to adapt Svarloop, but is not liable for Sarvam's actions or availability.
6. Payment and billing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. The Solo plan is a one time payment covering perpetual use of that version plus one year of updates. The Pro plan is an annual subscription that auto renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. 7. Intellectual property
Svarloop, its source code, design, and the Siddham AI voice agent prompt templates bundled with it, are the intellectual property of S8N. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction. Leads, call transcripts, and CRM data you generate using Svarloop belong to you.
8. Disclaimers
Svarloop is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error free, or that lead generation results or call outcomes will meet your expectations. Business lead data is sourced from public listings and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S8N's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Svarloop is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim. S8N is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
10. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your license if you materially breach these Terms, including unlawful calling practices or license key sharing beyond your plan's device limit. You may stop using Svarloop at any time; see the Refund Policy for what happens to payments already made.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
