Two fixes to the parts of setup and scheduling that wasted your time.

• Campaigns can now be built outside calling hours. Before, preparing one in the evening skipped every lead as outside the window and failed with nothing to call, so there was no way to line up work for the morning. Calls still only go out between 9 AM and 9 PM, that is now held by the campaign schedule rather than by refusing to let you plan one.
• Setup reordered so the slowest step starts first. Connecting Sarvam involves their identity check, which nothing we build can shorten. It now begins early, while you get on with finding businesses, building lists and writing your agent, none of which need a licence or a connection. By the time the check clears, the only thing left is to press the button.

The first public release. Everything below runs on your own PC.
