Run your first campaign
From lead directory to a ringing phone in under five minutes.
1. Browse the directory
Open the Leads tab. You will see every business Svarloop has found so far, with filters down the side: category, area, rating, review count, and a handy "no website" toggle for finding businesses that could most use your outreach.
2. Select and save a list
Check the businesses you want to call, then click Save to List. Give it a name you will recognise later, like "Dental clinics, Andheri, this week."
3. Click Launch Campaign
Open the list and click Launch Campaign. Svarloop shows you which agent will call (the one you built in the Connect Sarvam step) and which phone number it will call from.
4. Compliance runs automatically
Before a single call goes out, every number in your list passes through three checks:
- Calling hours — TRAI permits commercial calls only between 9 AM and 9 PM IST. Outside that window, the campaign waits.
- Do Not Call registry — numbers on the National DND list are skipped and reported, never dialled.
- Attempt limits — a number that has already been tried a few times recently is skipped rather than called again.
You will see exactly how many leads were skipped and why, right there on the launch screen. Nothing is silently dropped without you knowing.
5. Calls go out
Sarvam starts dialling. Depending on the time of day, the first call can happen within a minute or two. You do not need to keep Svarloop open — campaigns run in the background.
6. Outcomes land in the CRM
As each call finishes, its outcome (answered, no answer, busy, interested, opt out) shows up automatically in the Kanban board. Interested leads move columns on their own. Click any card to see the transcript and, if you have the AI insights add on, a short summary of what was said and a suggested next step.
7. Follow up
Add a note, set a follow up date, or mark a deal won or lost, right from the card. This is the same CRM board every subsequent campaign feeds into, so your pipeline builds over time rather than resetting each run.
