Getting started
About 30 minutes end to end. Most of that is Sarvam's one time identity verification, not anything Svarloop makes you do.
1. Download and install
Go to the download page, grab the Windows installer, and run it. Windows may show an "unrecognized app" warning during this early release period — click More info, then Run anyway. See Troubleshooting for the full walkthrough with screenshots.
2. Activate your license
On first launch, paste the license key from your purchase email. It looks like SVAR-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. No key yet? Book a call and we'll get you set up.
3. Pick your cities and categories
The setup wizard asks which cities you want leads from (Mumbai's 15 areas, Pune, Delhi, and Bangalore are supported out of the box) and which business categories interest you. Pick a few of each — the background lead finder starts working immediately.
4. Connect Sarvam
The one step that happens outside Svarloop. Building your voice agent and renting a phone number both happen in Sarvam's own console, once. See the full walkthrough: Connect Sarvam.
5. Run your first campaign
By the time you finish step 4, your lead directory already has fresh entries. Select a few, save them as a list, and launch your first campaign. See Run your first campaign for the full walkthrough.
What to expect in the first hour
- Your lead directory starts filling within minutes of finishing setup.
- Building your Sarvam voice agent and getting a number takes about 15 to 20 minutes, most of it Sarvam's own identity verification step.
- Your first real call can happen the same day, often within the hour.
